House of Laurel, Maleny, Sunshine Coast

On Sunday afternoon 10th June, I was blessed to conduct a wedding at The House of Laurels, Maleny  http://www.laurels.com.au/   Sunshine Coast.  The mountains were circled by misty low clouds and the ceremony was held in a beautifully erected White Chiffon Marquee decorated with Fairy Lights.  The magnificent gardens were our backdrop and the surrounding tall trees were dripping in mist and moisture.  So picturesque!  We were fortunate that there was no rain for the Butterfly Release which went brilliantly.  The Bride and Groom were ecstatic to say the least and couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for their wedding celebration. http://www.trudymcgee.com/  I'm very much looking forward to seeing the photos.  Sunshine Coast Celebrant Trudy McGee

Point Perry, Coolum, Sunshine Coast

 The unsettled weather has made for a very challenging weekend doing weddings but all ended well. Saturday's wedding was at Point Perry at Coolum - a truly stunning spot on the Sunshine Coast. I can't wait to see the photos......they should be very beautiful as the sky was absolutely dramatic against the ocean. We only experienced a few spots of rain and fortunately that was at the very end of the ceremony. The Bride and Groom were ecstatic as they didn't wish to go with Plan B. All is well with the world. Wedding Owl Ring Bearer

I was fortunate to be Jason and Crystal's Marriage Celebrant on the Sunshine Coast a few years ago. They are both Bird Trainers at Australia Zoo and have started a business offering a beautiful little barn owl as a Ring Bearer for Wedding Ceremonies. Makes for amazing photos.
